If it’s not already selectively laser sintered into your mind, I’m incredibly passionate about 3D Printing (nerd joke). I spent two inspiring years leading the community team at Shapeways, the world’s largest 3D printing service and marketplace. During my time there, I helped thousands (25,000+) of entrepreneurs achieve their product design dreams through the supply-meets-demand benefits of additive manufacturing.

There’s no better way to warm up in winter than through the heart. Granted, it’s awkwardly warm in NYC now, and actually colder in San Francisco where I currently reside. Go figure. In the spirit of the “season” here are four of my favorite 3D printing stories from the last year:

I was the editor for the Shapeways blog during my tenure. After sorting hundreds of awesome community posts, these really stood out. Should you feel inclined, I encourage you to visit my complete archive of blog posts on Shapeways.
